A transaction was processed in error (e.g., duplicate charge)
A failed transaction where the funds were debited but not delivered
Unauthorized transaction due to account compromise (subject to investigation)
Non-Refundable Situations
User error (e.g., incorrect recipient details)
Transactions completed and confirmed on the blockchain or financial network
Services rendered as agreed (e.g., account top-ups, currency exchange)
How to Request a Refund

Refund requests are reviewed within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds may take an additional 25 days
